Doxycycline as STI PEP

Social media has become a vital tool in spreading awareness and information. It’s important to note that since doxycycline as STI PEP is a new intervention, some people may have heard of it but many haven’t. Historically, GBMSM and trans people of color face more barriers to care than their white peers, and might be more likely not to know about doxy as STI PEP. Proactively informing people rather than waiting for patients to request it can facilitate more equitable distribution, and social media is one tool that can be utilized to equip people with the information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Get Your Clinic Ready

These materials are intended as a print option for increasing awareness of Doxy as STI PEP within clinics or providing an overview of what it is and how it works. They can be downloaded here and then printed in-house or using any print service you prefer. Versions with bleed are available in our Google Drive.

Available in Three Sizes:

INFO CARDS are designed to be printed at the size of business cards (3.5 x 2″). These are great for keeping on hand to give to patients who are interested, or keeping at check-in desks or in patient rooms for them to take themselves.
FLYERS are a versatile, mid-sized print option. They’re designed to be printed at 5.5 x 8.5″ (if portrait) or 8.5 x 5.5″ (if landscape). Great for use in lobbies, patient rooms, at check-in desks, hung up on walls, stacked on waiting room tables, or on announcement boards.
POSTERS are designed to be printed at 18 x 24″. Great for use in lobbies, patient rooms, hallways, bathrooms, or other high-traffic areas.
