Dear Partners in Prevention,

The 2018 STD Prevention Conference is right around the corner. We have exciting announcements and other important information as you plan your attendance:

  • We are thrilled to announce that the opening plenary speaker is Demetre Daskalakis, MD, MPH. On Monday, August 27th, he will be giving a plenary titled “Building a Status Neutral World: Harmonizing the Missions of HIV and STD Control.” For additional information about Dr. Daskalakis and his opening plenary, visit the conference Plenary Speakers page.
  • To see what sessions and events are happening at this year’s STD Prevention Conference, please take a look at the conference Agenda page. While subject to change, the conference at-a-glance and daily agenda will help you start planning what sessions you may want to attend.
  • Are you curious to learn more about the special events at this year’s conference? The conference Special Events page includes a list of all presenters and presentation titles for the highly anticipated STeD Talks. You will also find bios for each of the participating experts in the Meet the Expert session.
