Tuesday, November 13th
10:45am – 5:00pm (3 shuttles) – Shuttles will continuously cycle between the Omni and the Grand Orlando
7:45pm – 10:00pm (2 shuttle) – Shuttles will continuously cycle between the Omni and the Grand Orlando
Wednesday, November 14th
6:45am – 11:00am (3 shuttles) -Shuttles will continuously cycle between the Omni and the Grand Orlando
5:15pm – 8:00pm (3 shuttles) – Shuttles will continuously cycle between the Omni and the Grand Orlando
Thursday, November 15th
6:45am – 11:00am (3 shuttles) – Shuttles will continuously cycle between the Omni and the Grand Orlando
5:30pm – 10:00pm (4 shuttles) – From Omni to Grand Orlando, to allow guests to change/freshen up before the Annual Reception. Buses will leave directly from Grand Orlando to Universal Studios City Walk.
5:45pm – 10:00pm (6 shuttles) – Shuttles will continuously cycle between the Omni and the Grand Orlando
Friday, November 16th
7:45am – 12:30pm (2 shuttles) – Shuttles will continuously cycle between the Omni and the Grand Orlando
Transportation and Airport Info
Overflow hotel: We will provide a shuttle to and from overflow hotel and the STD Engage hotel daily at no cost.
Airport: The airport closest to the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is Orlando International Airport.
Ground Transportation Options To and From Hotel / Airport: Here are the driving directions to the hotel. An Uber from the airport to the hotel, is about a 20-30 minutes’ drive and costs $30-$40, on average.
Car Rental: Avis discount for NCSD 2018 Annual Meeting. All rentals are subject to a driver’s license check and all drivers should be 25 or older with a major credit card. Any drivers between the age of 21-24 will incur an underage fee of $27 a day.
