Testing for HSV, especially for asymptomatic infection, is complex and can be challenging for both patient and clinician alike. Join our two-part workshop for an open and safe dialogue to learn, ask questions, and discuss the nuances and best practices of testing for the herpes simplex virus in clinical practice.

Join us to learn more from an advocate’s and clinical perspective about the landscape of HSV diagnostic tools, what is currently available and where there is an opportunity to develop new tools. We will hear patient experiences during herpes testing and diagnosis and discuss ways to improve outcomes during clinical care. There will also be opportunities to speak with advocates about what patient-centered care for HSV looks like and advocate-preferred language for clinical counseling during herpes screening and diagnosis.
