Connect and collaborate with us at the United States Conference on HIV/AIDS
Are you heading to the U.S. Conference on HIV/AIDS in San Juan? We look forward to connecting with you there to talk about our work on STDs, the fight to address the MPV outbreak, and our collective work to take a syndemic approach to ending our interrelated epidemics.
NCSD is presenting two sessions at USCHA:
Find us at Booth #303 in the Exhibit Hall. We will have only the most essential resources at our exhibit this year, and even more to access digitally. We recognize the great strain on Puerto Rico right now in the aftermath of Hurricane Fiona, and traveling light is one step we can take to ensure our impact is a more positive one. Please come see us to chat, network, learn, and make connections.
NCSD, AIDS United, NASTAD, NMAC, NASTAD and The AIDS Institute are partnering to host a Monkeypox Town Hall on Monday, October 10, at 6:30 PM. This event will also be livestreamed on Facebook for those not in attendance.
Funding for the national MPV response can’t wait. NCSD will be circulating a sign-on letter on behalf of our partners addressing the MPV outbreak. Any individual or organization can sign on asking Congress to include $4.5 billion dollars for the MPV response—as requested by the White House—in their Fiscal Year 2023 funding package.
