FY20 Appropriations:

A new continuing resolution (CR) was signed into law by the President on November 21, which keeps the government open and programs running at FY19 levels through December 20th. However, it is not clear if appropriators will finalize negotiations on FY20 spending by the December 20 deadline. NCSD is monitoring this closely and will continue keep members updated.
