House
The House will return for legislative business on January 9th.
Senate
The Senate had their last session of the year on Wednesday which was described by Majority Leader Senator Schumer as pertaining mostly to āhousekeeping business.ā They will return for legislative business on January 8th.
Appropriations
A topline spending limit has yet to have been reached which will make for a tight turnaround after the holidays with the first deadline of the current Continuing Resolution, January 19th, growing ever closer.
