Addressing STI Disparities Among Adolescents: A Research Review

This review was completed to shed light on the persistent and troubling disparities in STD rates among adolescents, particularly those from marginalized communities. Understanding these disparities is crucial for developing effective interventions and policies that promote health equity. By addressing the root causes of these disparities, we can improve health outcomes and quality of life for all adolescents. 

Our research offers a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by Black and Brown adolescents in accessing sexual health education and services. It provides evidence-based recommendations that can guide policy reforms, enhance healthcare delivery, and foster community-driven initiatives.
