Meet Lauren Williams – our newest resource to help you get the most out of your NCSD membership. As Senior Manager, Membership Services & Member Engagement, Lauren will help all members connect with best-in-class content, tools, and opportunities, and will provide hands-on support to our full members to help them lead their jurisdictions in the fight to end the epidemic of STDs.

Lauren is an experienced association professional with 15 years of in-depth experience with membership development, recruitment, engagement, and management. Prior to joining NCSD, Lauren was the Director of Programs and Membership Engagement at the Maryland Pharmacists Association in Columbia, MD, where she developed and implemented strategies to increase membership and engagement opportunities. Her work has included providing members with training and support through the development of monthly educational webinars, in-person leadership trainings, and the launch of new membership programs. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations from Morgan State University and is based in Chesapeake, VA.
