The Public Health Field Services Representative 2 will be in the Bureau of HIV/ Sexually Transmitted Infection Field Services (BHSFS) within the Division of Epidemiology, Evaluation and Partner Services (DEEP) and will serve in the Central Islip Regional Office. The incumbent will coordinate and participate in program planning and implementation activities, including contributing to and coordinating the development of policies and procedures; coordinate and monitor the day-to-day activities of the HIV and Sexually Transmitted Infection Field Services program in the regional office; coordinate and monitor activities for established regional monitoring and outcome evaluation plan to ensure compliance with goals and objectives of BHSFS and DEEP; supervise and train staff tasked with interrupting transmission networks and ensuring patients are linked to care and treatment and that partners receive education, disease screening and treatment; represent the BHSFS, DEEP and the AIDS Institute; and perform other appropriate related duties.
