You will be responsible for the overall direction and supervision of all personnel, procurement and other management activities in the Section. You will promote, coordinate and maintain contacts and relationships with other Sections, Bureaus and agencies both within and outside of state government, including federal agencies. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective working and contractual relationships with local public health, medical clinics and private non-profit agencies.
