The Ryan White Fiscal Grants Manager serves as a subject matter expert responsible for fiscal oversight, compliance, and administration of the Ryan White grant for the Office of Epidemiology. Provides supervision of staff and oversight and evaluation of the financial aspects of the grant and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, standards, and grant/policy guidance issued from the federal funder that govern compliance and administration. Duties include but are not limited to grant and budget management including preparation and oversight of program budget and resources, execution of all stages of the grant life cycle for fiscal-related deliverables, oversight of invoicing processes and reconciliation, administrative management of fiscal and program spending and allocation; effective supervision of program’s fiscal team to meet the program’s business and compliance needs.
