During this webinar, NCSD will explore best practices, provide insights, and highlight health equity strategies for health care providers, disease intervention specialists and other professionals serving college and university students during the MPV outbreak. This 60-minute webinar provides a perspective from an HBCU (Historically Black College and University) serving young adults in North Carolina.

After this webinar participants will be able to:

• describe the U.S. response to the MPV outbreak and impact on underserved populations
• share effective strategies in providing information and vaccination guidance on college campuses
• discuss treatment coordination efforts with state and local health departments
• identify ways to promote messaging utilizing a health equity lens to reduce stigma
