Description
Taking place virtually this year, NCSD’s 2021 Annual Meeting will convene STD directors, DIS and STD clinical leaders, and their federal allies for an exciting and stimulating discussion about the future of the STD field. Our theme this year is Sexually Transmitted Infections in the U.S.: A New Policy & Program Beginning.
Our 2021 Annual Meeting is a smaller, pared-down version of our annual STD Engage conference, which was canceled for 2021 to allow our members to properly respond to expanded funding to rebuild the DIS workforce. This year’s meeting will nonetheless provide our members an excellent opportunity to hear from federal officials about current developments, as well as participate in various sessions on the expansion of the DIS workforce, at-home self-collection STI testing, new STD treatment guidelines and implications for clinical services, and more.
