Description: NCSD and NASTAD are co-hosting a webinar on April 3rd from 3:00 PM – 4:00PM ET focused on Innovative Roles for DIS. As DIS continue to serve as the cornerstone of HIV and STD prevention, their role continues to evolve. Health departments are using DIS in innovative ways to address needs of the communities they serve and approach emerging trends in the field. Speakers will discuss innovative ways DIS are being used in services integration and culturally responsive care. You will hear from speakers in Washington and Louisiana as they describe how DIS in their region are advancing HIV and STD prevention. To join the webinar, please register here.
