Congenital Syphilis Surveillance: Case classification

Please join us for this interactive surveillance webinar on congenital syphilis case classification. After a review of the congenital syphilis case definition and case classification approach, participants will break into small groups to work through case classification examples. This webinar is a good training opportunity for new surveillance staff, as well as a refresher for experienced staff. No advanced preparation required.

Congenital Syphilis Surveillance: A Guide to Medical Chart Abstraction

Please join us for this webinar on congenital syphilis surveillance that will review new guidance for identifying and coding the maternal and infant clinical variables, including tips on what to look for in the medical chart and specific instructions for the complicated infant variables. This webinar is a good training opportunity for all staff who conduct congenital syphilis field investigations as well as staff who complete or provide quality assurance for congenital syphilis case reports.

Syphilis Surveillance: Adult Syphilis Staging

Please join us for this webinar on adult syphilis surveillance that will review the adult syphilis case definition, provide a systematic approach to staging, and work through example cases.
