The Symposium is designed for junior faculty and post-graduate trainees in diverse academic disciplines who are interested in STD-focused research or public health leadership careers. The goals are to develop practical skills relevant to career development, to increase participants’ understanding of career options, and to foster new research collaborations and mentoring relationships.
