The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) is required to recertify all participating covered entities enrolled in the 340B Program annually to ensure all covered entities are appropriately listed on the 340B OPAIS and that all covered entities remain compliant with the 340B Program requirements.
