NCSD sent an email this week to all Full Members in STD AAPPS or Affiliated Pacific Island funded STD project areas requesting that they or a designated staff member complete a very brief (9 questions) survey to help determine if STD project areas or their local health departments currently have a computerized system (database, spreadsheet, etc.) to manage the inventory, distribution or dispensing of Bicillin or other STD medications. This will help NCSD and CDC DSTDP determine how best to provide technical assistance to support management of Bicillin supply including possibly providing free tools for STD Programs to estimate future Bicillin need/use and web based tools to manage inventory, distribution, etc.

If you are an NCSD full member, please make sure that someone in your STD project area completes and submits the survey to NCSD by close of business September 14^th.
