Event Description

This webinar features a special issue of Public Health Reports promoting policy research, creation, and implementation as key to addressing complex, multisectoral factors that influence the population-level morbidity, mortality, and health disparities of HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and tuberculosis. Join us as we discuss two of the featured articles from this special issue.

Dr. Jared Stokes (Editorial Fellow, Public Health Reports) will host the webinar and Ms. Sara Zeigler (Associate Director for Policy at CDC’s National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD and TB Prevention) will facilitate the panel discussion with lead authors Mr. Marcelo H. Fernández-Viña, and Ms. Kelly Thompson
