Project Connects encompasses the Harm Reduction and Sexual Health programs, which work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive, accessible services across Adams County. Services are provided through brick-and-mortar locations, co-located partner sites, mobile units, street-based outreach, and community education and tabling efforts. The Project Connects Program Administrator provides strategic oversight for a multidisciplinary team, clinical and non-clinical, to include nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical assistants, harm reduction specialists, peer specialists, public health professionals, and leads a leadership team of program supervisors and managers. This role is responsible for setting the program’s vision and direction and managing a complex portfolio of grant-funded and locally funded initiatives in close collaboration with the finance team. The position requires the development and maintenance of strong relationships with community partners to effectively advocate for and promote awareness to various audiences of the significance and impact of the Project Connects work.
